Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Memøries account and all associated data at any time — you don't need the app installed to do this.

What gets deleted

• Your account and email address
• Any photos and videos backed up to the cloud (favorites and albums with backup enabled)
• Your referral code and referral history
• Your subscription record (an active subscription itself is managed and cancelled separately through Google Play, under Subscriptions in the Play Store app)

Photos and videos on your device are never affected — deletion only removes what's stored in the cloud under your account.

How to request it

Email us from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account":

We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.

Deleting only some of your data

If you'd rather keep your account but remove specific backed-up photos or albums, mention which ones in your email (or simply turn off backup for that album in the app, which stops new uploads immediately) and we'll remove the already-uploaded copies from cloud storage without deleting your account.
